The firm performs audits, reviews, and compilations for Florida homeowners and condominium associations, and concentrates on that work exclusively.

Scott built the practice around a single line of work: assurance engagements for Florida community associations.

He plans, directs, reviews, and signs every report the firm issues. For a board or a manager, that means the CPA in the proposal meeting is the same person answering questions in February and the same person whose name is on the report.

Before founding the firm in 2026, Scott spent 20 years in audit and attestation work, including roles as an audit manager and as a financial reporting manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA.

Florida CPA license
AC45845, Richard Scott Grissom. The firm's license is AD72435, issued April 8, 2026. Both can be verified through the Florida DBPR license lookup.
Peer review
Florida requires a firm that issues audit and review reports to take part in the AICPA Peer Review Program. The firm's enrollment precedes its first report, and its first review follows on the program's schedule for new firms.
Professional liability insurance
Carried through Continental Casualty Company (CNA), as the Board of Accountancy requires of a licensed CPA firm.

How the firm is set up

Built for one kind of client.

One line of work

Audits, reviews, and compilations for Florida HOAs and condominium associations. No outside tax clients competing for capacity in February and March, when December year ends need attention.

Principal-led engagements

Planning, direction, review, and the signed report all sit with the CPA you meet. One point of contact throughout, rather than a hand-off after the proposal is accepted.

Statewide, from South Florida

The office is in Hollywood, in Broward County. Associations are served throughout Florida, and the engagement runs the same way wherever the community sits.

Practice scope

Florida community associations, exclusively.

This is the only work the firm markets and the only work it is built around. If an engagement outside that scope is ever accepted, it is an exception rather than a line of business, and it is not represented here as our work.

The symbol

Every row and column ties out.

It is the check an auditor runs on any schedule: foot the columns, cross-foot the rows, and confirm the totals agree.

Detail
Four Harbor Teal cells, the line items.
Totals
The Ink Navy column and row: footing and cross-footing.
Grand total
One brass square, where everything agrees.
